1. i then asked the front desk guy to put me in another room, to which he replied it'll b difficult cuz i had a prepaid room.

2. while the police were there, the front desk guy came over & said 'this looks like someone had to have had a key', & i'm like, what does that mean? He said that it would be hard to open the door thru the window, & i agreed so that means an employee did it or they had some special tool that would aide them in the difficult task of opening the door thru the broken window.

3. There was parking available there however but it made it difficult when you wanted breakfast or towels.
