1. while the police were there, the front desk guy came over & said 'this looks like someone had to have had a key', & i'm like, what does that mean? He said that it would be hard to open the door thru the window, & i agreed so that means an employee did it or they had some special tool that would aide them in the difficult task of opening the door thru the broken window.

3. Throughout the stay we found more and more things--just to name a few: a broken remote control, loose outlets that wouldn't hold anything plugged in, a very slippery shower with no grips, and the breakfast was a joke.
