2. Management tried to accommodate us with 2 other rooms into which we would split up our family (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 small children), but one room had a broken toilet (as noted by a sign left on the toilet) and the other had a broken lock.

4. I also noticed when we walked in that our ceiling fan was broken and they had actually put a bolt on the thermostat that made turning it below 70 degrees impossible, it was 102 degrees that day outside.

5. Floor was not vaccumed, sinks had hair and brown liquid, toiletries were missing, no bedding for sofa bed (when we asked for bedding, they came an hour later after two calls), and there was a broken floor fastener in the middle of the room that we all stepped on and almost cut our feet.

6. Our room at this particular one had a hole in the bathroom wall, the sheetrock around an electric socket was peeling away, the bathtub was moldy, the bathroom light was broken, one of the phones did not work, and my husband had a bug crawl across him in the middle of the night.

7. However, in the 5 days we were here we had to have maintainence come in to fix one of our toilets and to replace a broken dishwasher.
