5. guest were loud coming down the halls, bouncing basketballs\netc, overall this hotel is near the riverwalk and if your looking for a place just to lay your head at night then this is ok for you, but i think pay alittle extra and get a nice place where staff patrol the halls , oh yeah dont get a room next to an elevator too loud.

6. The only problem was the fairly loud train station was kind of close by, but we`re not light sleepers, so it wasn`t an issue at all.

7. Where shall I start??? Tons of loud children, no coffee in the morning because the staff let the children play with the coffee machines and broke them, no extra blankets or towels, trains made noise all night long, no shampoo or soap, 1 garbage can, remote to tv was broken and the list goes on - don't ruin your vacation by staying here.
