3. At the back of the hotel was a terribly scary very run-down area, covered in dirt and graffiti - not the kind of place you want to walk around at night, especially with a small child.

4. Next room didn't smell too bad, but was not pleasant: hole in bedspread, dirt on floor (not vacuumed), dirt on bathroom wallpaper, very dirty windows, sheets and pillows did not look very clean.
