1. Even my husband and his bad knees didn't find the distance from this hotel to the Riverwalk too challenging.

2. Bedspreads were dirty, the carpet's room was so dirty, the bed was hard, no extra blankets or towels, , There was also a lot of noise with people slamming doors, trains made noise all night long, internet had poor signal, the breakfast was terrible just banana muffins, bad coffee and juice.

3. When we went to check in, there was a line to the door and only one person at the counter, staff is poorly trained, we were in line for at least 45 before we could check in, when we went up to our room it stank of cigarette smoke, so I had to change rooms immediately, it took the staff 1 hours to get them into another room, which smelled bad and I don't think our room had been cleaned.

8. On the other side of the bridge past the hotel the area looks sketchy but if you go under the overpass the Rivercenter Mall and Marriott is right there and it's not a bad location at all.
