1. The front desk staff was friendly when we checked in, but couldn't have cared less when we told them about the issues with the room.

3. The roomwe stayed in had some issues but they along with the maintenance crew fixed things quickly but it's definitely time for it to be stripped and remodeled (upgraded).

5. It was frustrating to wake up and not be able to make coffee, but they did resolve the issue and put a new coffee pot in the room when the 8:00am staff arrived.

9. Master bath has jacuzzi tub (ours had an issue with the switch but they fixed that right away).

10. My only suggestion to the hotel is to train staff and workers to be sensitive about this issue.
