1. Old, dirty, hair dryer positioned next to the sink, worn out furniture and stained bedding, smelled unpleasant - all made worse by the fact that we had booked a newly refurbished room.

3. The thing about 'historic' that bothers me is that, when associated with Wyndham, it sounds so classic and elegant, but on arrival its a bit disappointing to see how 'historic' really means 'worn'.
