problem
-they said no smoking in the rooms, but outside our door on the deck we had 4 to 5 people smoking constantly and the smoke went under the door and into our room.

problem
was that we didn't have a red 'do-not-disturb' tassle to hang on the door and the housekeeping lady tried to open our door before we were ready to get up.

On returning I learned that there never was a plumbing
problem
, but I had been lied to because the hotel overbooked their rooms and needed my room for a wedding party they had promised the entire floor to.
