4. The couple of issues we had were (1) the heater has to run to keep the room warm - but the bed had really thick comforters on it and so we just turned it off during the night so we didn't have to listen to the fan blow - really loud.

5. The lawn area outside our room is where the kids living in the apartments (also part of the complex) hang out -- they were just being kids, laughing, joking around, loudly going in and out of doors, up and down stairs.
