1. Currently there is construction taking place on the street and if your unit is closer to the street there might be a noise issue because construction does start fairly early but probably will be complete in a few months.

3. Another issue - when I registered online for this room - I requested a loft room - when we got there - they gave us a 1 bedroom on the ground floor - and said because it was the same price - it is equivalent - so if you think you are getting a loft - you may not get what you expected.

4. The couple of issues we had were (1) the heater has to run to keep the room warm - but the bed had really thick comforters on it and so we just turned it off during the night so we didn't have to listen to the fan blow - really loud.
