1. If you turn on the fan in your NONSMOKING room, you will STILL have lots of cigarette smoke smell from the other rooms - which gave me an instant headache.

5. An in-room mini-coffee make is always a plus and the choice of LaVazza coffee made it even better (this seems to be standard in-room coffee choice in the Hilton's I have stayed in) The bathroom was clean, updated with plenty of new, fluffy, fresh-smelling towels.

10. The hallways have weird ramps, the elevators make scary noises (and smell) and, in my room last night, there were large missing pieces of grout in the floor tiles.
