1. Only drawback I had was the room I was in was next to the ice machine which naturally was noisy from time to time, I am sure if I had complained the staff would have moved me however after 21 hours of flying and airports I was more than happy with the room.

2. I complained and they put us on the executive floor in the correct bed type and sent housekeeping up immediately to change out the feathers on one of the beds.

3. There is a door that seperates your room from the room next door; kept awake most of the night by sound of tv even though we complained to the front desk at 1.
