1. We arrived tired and frustrated after a difficult travel day, sporting a coupon cut out of a gas-station tourist brochure, and were were treated as though we were VIP's.

2. I'd say my only recommendation to the hotel would be to re-think the concierge lounge -- the food and service were fine, but the furniture is WAY too big for the space and, as a result, it's difficult to get around when there are a decent number of guests in the lounge.
