1. The beds felt extra small and uncomfortable, the pillows look great but go as flat as a pancake as soon as you touch them, our toilet kept filling at various times during the night, and the sound was kept to a minimum thanks to us running the air all night.
"Beautiful property and amenities, but rooms are overpriced... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/7/2012 Vote
2. With that said my traveling partner was put in a courtside room and said the beds were uncomfortable, apparently flies and mosquitos came in while maid service was cleaning with the doors open and he had no mini fridge.

3. Here my 'beef':- decor is about 1960's - totally over the top; entirely uncomfortable - then the decor in the bathroom is more like a morgue- garden rooms are miles away from the lobby- when in the garden rooms it's actually more like a motel- it was not cheap at all; maybe the other reviewers had higher discounts- opening your door poses a major challenge even for the well-travelled; they have a physical key, and it has to be turned inside the lock just so - it took me 10 attempts each time - i was ready to call in the facility manager- i declined to receive the newspaper - it still ended up in front of my door (and the fee probably rolled into the cost of the room- for check-out i needed to stop at the front desk - most hotels now slip the bill under your doorYes, the room was pretty big, but also directly facing the road and gas station - reinforcing the feeling of a better motel.

7. It is true that the rooms are large for a hotel, but the beds were unbelievably uncomfortable--hard as bricks--and I woke up each morning with stiff and sore muscles.
