1. There were only two problems that I had this time- 1.

2. Isuggested that they have the policy of informing an arrving guest of this problem and let the gurst request another room oand if an acceptable room is not available to be allowed to find another hotel and no charge to the guest.

5. Just a smal problem in the room, air conditioner from upper floor had a leak and drops were falling into our room over the curtains near the front door.

6. At check out when asked how the stay was I explained our disappointment and was asked did I call housekeeping, then got the shrug of the shoulders, and the unspoken message was It was my problem.

7. Late night, it may not have been a problem, but I can vouch that I could hear every god-damned car that passed, and it was disruptive.

9. She gave me directions on a local map provided to guests and wrote down their telephone number with her own number saying if I had any problems just give her a call.
