2. My first impression from the outside and lobby was good, but the room reeked of smoke while designated as non-smoking, and the bedspread looked worn out and dirty.

5. Room felt dirty, mattress was really hard, toilet was the weirdest I've ever seen, TV channel kept going in and out, no pen or pads to write notes, room smelled a little smoky even though it was non smoking.
