1. The lock on the window was broken, but we could not tell anyone at the front desk, because if there was someone working there, that also meant the lobby would be full of people hanging out talking.

2. The 1st room they put me in had a literally broken toilet; called down to the front desk and, within about 5 minutes, the manager on duty came up, gave me keys to a new room and helped me moved my stuff.

3. what happened? the bed was small, pillows were flat, no cable, the sink knobs were broken and someone interrupted our sleep to come in and fix it early the next morning.
