1. The neighborhood is not the best, but since I have stayed there at least 8 times in the last two years on business for at least 3 nights each visit, I have never experienced any form of security problem.

2. The two biggest problems were the hot tub which was very dirty (slime on the walls and was too hot) and the AC unit in the room (it made a loud noise when it would turn on and then it made a rattling noise when it was running).

4. My only complaint about this place, and the reason it did not get all 5 stars, is that they had internet problems during my entire 5 night stay.
