1. The only negative about the room was the fact that it had a lot of mold - it was growing on every vent in the room and onto the surrounding wall for certain vents.

2. My only complaint was that the room smelled slightly of moth balls (my wife thought maybe it was new carpet smell) and the tub had some mold or mildew in places not easily reached (or seen).
