1. When I went to make coffee in the morning, when I wnet for a cup I realized that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.

2. The two biggest problems were the hot tub which was very dirty (slime on the walls and was too hot) and the AC unit in the room (it made a loud noise when it would turn on and then it made a rattling noise when it was running).
