1. Our only problem was a weak AC unit that was quickly repaired while we were out for dinner.

2. The second problem was that we had made a reservation for 3 nights ,but when we arrived ,we told them that we had to leave after 2 nights ,but they refused to refund ,or not charge us for the 3rd night that we were not going to use.

4. Obviously the mattress issue is a problem but I was really impressed with what you get for what you pay, I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to a friend.

8. Check inCant say it was a huge problem but I said I needed to get to my room right away because I have a conference call that was starting in 2 minutes.
