1. If I were to advise a female colleague, I would insist that she request accomodations away from the rear of the property for security's sake and for health's sake due to the mold on the walkways and structures.

3. Watch out for the back rooms farthest from route 1, we smelled mold in one of the downstairs rooms there and asked to move.
