As Trenton itself (where we were visiting) has few hotel choices, and those it has are
expensive
or in 'dicey' neighborhoods, this is a good choice, and the presence of other hotels along Route 1 helps keep rates down.

I searched for hotels closer to Six Flags but found them to be of a lesser class, have fewer amenities but more
expensive
.
