1. We called back the next day and another employee asked us what had happened and said that the manager had just put a note that we found the beds unsatisfactory, which doesn't even cover the problem we had with the room.

4. Management was nice, but maybe that was the problem, as there were broken down bicycles and shopping carts in the parking lot and near-homeless people hanging around the motel.
