1. We went downstairs, asked that the extra $40 transaction be voided and complained about how unsanitary the room was, and even showed the manager.

2. I complained to expedia that I couldn`t get hot water in the tub and the next morning the management lied and said that Expedia had cancelled my reservation- that I would have to move out when almost every room in the city had been taken because of a convention.
