We got both in this well priced hotel and a welcome cooked breakfast although the
noise
barrier between rooms was surprisingly non-existent, at one point I could hear every word the child in the next room was saying.

Immediately off I-5 north of Portland, the location could not be easier to access but is far enough away from the highway (700 yards) to be undisturbed by traffic
