1. We had a truly miserable stay at this hotel, some of which was not entirely the hotel management`s fault, but most of which could be traced directly back to inadequate staffing.

3. Yes, it's been 6 months since this happened, but typing this is making me relive that miserable travel experience and it's still upsetting and to be honest, it was a little bit scary.
