1. Red Lion had us down for the wrong dates although we had made the reservation as part of the trade show.

6. I would not recommend this hotel for leisure travelers like ourselves; TV only came in on a few channels; one of the lights was burned out and they never came and changed it; we like to play board games so it would've been nice; gift shop very poorly product staffed for such a huge hotel; staff was very friendly; they were not crowded and yet we got the parking lot view instead of river; elevator burned out which for a holiday is ok but inconvenient on 4th floor; we dined elsewhere at Stanford's and London Grill (Benson Hotel) because we did not want anything else going wrong.

7. Back to what was wrong;By Saturday night, some sort of large group had taken over the large 'Cascade Suite' on the hallway; I think it was local garbage hauling association (I kid you not).
