2. We raised this issue at the end of our short stay, but instead of acknowledging the issue the manager on site suggested that this shouldn't be a problem as the renos were completed over 3 months ago.

4. Really it wasn't a business trip so this was a minor detail, but being from the IT industry I know things like slow internet don't really have to be a problem and it can be a headache to those of us who are connected.

7. I haven't been back since the renovation, but I never encountered any problems before that.

10. The key cards also had problems, as we had to return 3 times to either get new key cards or get them re-programmed because they wouldn't let us into our room (other patrons were having this problem too).
