3. The only negatives would be that the internet reception in the lobby is spotty, and don't bother with the computers in the business room (you pay for a specific time period but the internet connection is amazingly slow, they need to fix this).

8. The only negatives were the corridors were not comparatively well maintained (carpets needed vacuuming, wall paper was peeling at the edges) and the location (need a car to go down to the airport).
