1. Curtain rod 'anchor' was broken (so was the tile) and the curtain did not stay in place and the floor got soaked.

2. The carpets were stained in both rooms I saw, one light didn't work, one phone was broken and the second couldn't get a dial tone, the shower door isn't sealed so water leaks all over the floor, the soap holders were loose on shower wall letting soap fall out, and the list goes on and on.
