1. The elevators are VERY slow.

3. The location is near Independence center and the Liberty bell, and somewhat near downtown, but downtown Philly transitions from a great to a not great area slowly, and this hotel is in this transition zone.

4. It was a standard HGI breakfast, but the service was slow & they were too busy to keep up with the food demand on the buffet line.

6. Unfortuanly there were a lot of negatives which made the overall stay here disappointing, there were 3 lifts/elevators but they were extremely slow, at one point I actually had to wait 5minutes for a lift to turn up.
