3. The room was very comfortable, spacious and you could just totally relax there which is what you are looking for if you have a lot of travelling ahead of you as I did,I am a wheelchair user and during my stay, had a few issues with my chair, so engineers were caled on and fixed it promptly and took a lot of worrying away from me which made the staff in this hotel so much better and not make me think twice about staying with them again.

4. Then the new keys didn't work, and neither did the internet (another 30 mins on the phone to iBahn to fix the issue).

5. The were loud and obnoxious in the common areas and after repeated calls to security and multiple trips to the front desk, the issue was never resolved.

7. I would think that being right there at the airport they would be aware of travelers who have flight cancellation issues - what do people do who are not familiar with the area and dont have that kind of money - sleep in the street?.
