Check in was slow, tried to be charged for TV, internet twice when I had it less than the 24 hour period of rental, no maid service even when I went and asked, dirty refrigerators lining hallway when going to room and all that evening, took 3 hours to bring fresh towels to room when asked for them since no maid service, whirlpool did not work correctly, stain on sheet found when going to bed on first night, local calls had to be made as if you were dialing long distance despite the directions on the phone and hotel book in room, air conditioning did not work properly - temp was set at 64 and room temp was still in the 70's just moderately cool if that, AC shut itself off during the night.
