1. I asked for a room with a bit of a window after getting a terrible sub-basement room that seemed more suitable as a prison cell and the second one I got was only slightly better as the window was a tiny bit bigger but both rooms are sub-basement.

3. Not terrible as it is a quiet small hotel, but unless you need two beds I would recommend to try and get a room upstairs.
