4. The issues:-The first night there was in a room on the third floor (322), there was a fairly elevated noise coming from next door, we were told it could be the heating system for the whole hotel.

6. Whilst parking was not onsite this was not an issue as we walked everywhere and didn't get the car until we were ready to leave Philly.

9. Because there was some issue with our online reservation and the appropriate room was not available, they upgraded us in advance to the Presidential Suite at the same cost of the original reservation.

10. A hotel at this price level and presumed reputation should not have these issues - therefore we would recommend avoiding this hotel, at least the 3rd floor.
