1. The only negative is that there were 2 bottles of wine and as more guests arrived for the wine hour, the wine was empty and no one came to replace it.

4. The only minor negative is they do not have their own parking lot - but provide great info on parking options nearby that were reasonable and very safe for two women traveling alone.
