7. When it arrived it didn't fold out, so my mate slept on it half folded up, which if it wasn't so funny compared to everything else wrong with this 'hotel' would of drove us over the edge.

9. However, the hotel staff gave me a wrong key at the time of check-in which made me walk twice to get to my room, which was painful.
