1. The lobby is no longer in a cramped, converted hotel room, there is no more loud construction noise in the morning, and the rooms (or at least our room) look like they have received a good cleaning.

8. The construction does not affect any of the rooms, and since we were out all day ever day, we did not have an issue with construction noises.

The room was Very clean (linens and towels were changed daily with the beds made, We heard NO construction noise when we were 2 rooms back from the heart of it, parking was CLEARLY marked with signs that cars would be towed in the construction area, ALL roooms ARE lakefront, the pool is closed due to the construction BUT they are sharing a pool with the hotel directly across the street (ask them when you check in), etc.
