1. if u sleep on the top floors you will have to wait ten minutes or more for the elevator (there are only two elevators for 12 stories) our first room had a leak (part of the ceiling was damaged) but we could move to another room.

2. We were on holiday for my 40th birthday but I was really badly bitten by bed bugs, we were moved rooms but damage had been done I had to get the doctor out and was put on 3 kinds of tabs including antibiotics so I couldn't even have a glass of wine to celebrate my birthday.

4. Odd enough I am in the Water damage and Reconstruction business and there were NO signs of a water damage to the facility.
