2. One of their employees was very rude in general, and there was an incident where I was suddenly asked out of nowhere if I was pregnant (I am average built, never been pregnant and to be honest I found this question to be rude).

3. Also, one of the concierge staff (a third party and not employed by the hotel was rude and unhelpful, we had a total disconnect with her, luckily she was not there two times we needed to book evening tickets for shows).

4. But all Superficial and should not detract from the fact that this Hotel is Brilliant the Breakfast were Amazing we felt we had to partake in the Manager Complimentary Drinks in the Evening it would be rude not to.
