1. My only complaint is I personally notified the front desk staff that the phone in the bedroom was not working before we left for a late dinner our last night.

10. If I had a complaint it would be that the swimming pool was freezing and although checked over by the helpful maintenance man no problem was found even though he agreed it shouldn't have been that temperature.
