1. We tried the shuttle one day--it only drops off at Epcot--which was another big mistake, because we had a heck of a time getting to Downtown Disney, which was our destination.

2. Because we had the opportunity to use the free shuttles at previous Embassy Suites we had stayed at, we made the mistake of assuming that this one would run just like the other ones we had used.

3. The stubs were numbered so why was the name on the case used? More concerning was the fact we were told that the mistake was only noticed when the luggage was spotted outside the room where it was delivered.

5. Our travel agent made a mistake with our booking but John Parkinson the Hotel Manager went out of his way to make sure this got sorted.

6. we arrived at the hotel after a 12 hour drive and found that they gave us a wrong room with double beds when we reserved a king size bed it was late and we were tired and they said there was no other room available that night without even an apology for their mistake instead the reception staff talked with an attitude as if it was not their problem.

7. I was really glad when we were able to identify the mistake and quickly escape being treated very badly (I could not begin to imagine what 2 weeks of his abrupt unsurley treatment would have been like).
