2. unfortunately, the door into the building from the parking lot wasn't quite working right (wouldn't read our cards) -- and of course we were about as far away from the front desk as possible.

4. unfortunately it rained buckets after I arrived, and there's no inside hallway that leads to the food court, so one has to go outside and around to the other side of the hotel.
