1. The cleaning lady kept setting our thermostat to 60 every day, and we'd set it to 70 and she'd change it back (annoying.

4. Maid service was every day and clean towels were always provided although it was annoying that there were five of us in the room but she always only left enough towels for four and I would always have to remind her we needed one more.

6. ) There were 2 instances where it was not, one because of a breakdown, causing them to send another bus (which arrived within 10 minutes of the original time, very good response time) and the other time the bus was over 20 minutes late picking us up from one of the parks late at night - this was very annoying as we were extremely tired from our full day in the park.
