Given that these were the only 2 minor criticisms i was more than happy staying here, the only slightly disappointing issue was that we left a phone charger in the room and despite numerous calls to front desk/house keeping to advise them (2 hours after we noticed we had left it there), no one was able to help and there was no master key that anyone in the hotel had access to, not even the duty manager, i found this slightly strange as i wondered what would they had done in a real emergency?The hotel does sell tickets for Disney and other attractions.
