2. apon arrival we were told that our reservation rates were quoated wrong and that there were no jacuzzi rooms left but one on the 4th floor, with no elevators, and the rate was much higher than quoted.

6. Bathroom OK it was size of a closet no where to put stuff Should have thought something was wrong when we entered the bldg the door knobs were at our knees.
