1. We have stayed in a number of hotels in the Quarter and in the Garden District over the years, most of them not 'renovated' and of the same general age as this hotel and this was by far the worst.

4. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel, and at the time, judging by the managers reaction to me I felt that I must have been an odd one out and that they didn't get many complaints, but it's quite obvious that that isn't true.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at in New Orleans, the room should have been a king deluxe with a balcony, what we got was the atic on the 4th floor with no elevator, there was no king size poster bed, there was a queen bed sitting on a frame, there was no headboard, there was only one door on the shower, only on chair to sit on, the window was about to fall off.

10. Now, I don`t normally play the race card but she was African-American and I am Caucasian and she gave me the worst attitude for something she was so willing to help my African-American boyfriend with.
