3. unfortunately during my stay the a/c broke down (these things happen) , but I along with the other guests at the hotel were offered accommodation at the St Louis (sister hotel) for NO extra charge AND I was given a beautiful, large room facing a secluded courtyard.

4. unfortunately we had made these reservation 3-4 weeks in advance with no update about the change either from the online service or the hotel, strike 1.
